Our in-house services cover all stages of the design process. Depending on the project's scope, we customize the following to perfectly align with its unique requirements:

Programming/Conceptual -

Confirm project scope and project requirements
Determine design direction through inspiration imagery, dialogue
Assess target project budget and discuss financial priorities

Design Development -

Source and present finishes, fixtures, and/or furnishings
Design cabinetry, millwork, interior features, elements
Provide 3D visuals
Draft preliminary floor plans and elevations
Coordinate with project architect and/or other client consultants
Advise on art selection

Construction Documents -

Produce interior plans, elevations, and details for construction drawing set
Prepare finish and fixture schedules
Coordination with project architect, contractor, consultants

Budgeting/Purchasing -

Finalize pricing on selected interior materials and furnishings for approval to purchase
Review contractor bids for accuracy of interior finish costs
Purchase approved interior materials and furnishings

Construction/Project Administration -

Conduct site visits to review progress, material installation
Address contractor questions
Solve problems
Punch list walk-through at end of construction

Furnishing Installation -

Provide full-service furniture installation
Place accessories and art
Outfit the home with housewares
Advise on organization
